For the love and memory of this pit bull puppy, named Mercy, would like to see him severly punished by incarceration and doing hard labor as well as anger management therapy, counseling and attending classes. To harbor anger and cruel behavior against an innoncent dog is unfathnable, unnecessary and unforgiveable. His parents should be held accountable as well even though he is 21.
