Newfie Palooza 2007

Palooza, palooza, palooza! Hehe, just like last year and I LOVE barking that word, WOOF! Pawlooza is good too hehe! Once again we get to announce the annual fundraiser for some big dogs, Newfies, yippee! We’re going to help out and we invite you to all consider doing the same - a grreat cause for some grrreat dogs, WOOF! If you have products or can help you’ll get a listing on their site too. Here’s the news:
It’s time for the 4th Annual Newf get together & fund-raiser for Newfoundland dog rescue. Newfiepalooza 2007!
To participate as a sponsor you can donate a few items or even just one item, whether it be dog treats, dog toys, books or perhaps just a few samples of your products, vouchers or coupons. Donations don’t have to be dog related either. They can be anything that a PERSON would love to win also!
North Central Newf Rescue is a non-profit group of Newfoundland dog owners that is 3000 strong. Many of their members have their newfs trained in search & rescue, water rescue, therapy, cart pulling, grooming and showing as well as otherthings. The Newf Get together & fund-raiser is being held end of May 2007 in Chicago, Illinois…exact date coming soon. Currently they have 150 people, 60, newfs & 15 non newfs registered. That number will continue to grow as they get closer to the event date. They expect members (and their Newfoundlands) from all over the United States and Canada.
If you decide to donate any items, they will be used in a raffle and/or a silent auction. The auction and raffle will be available for all members, including those that are unable to attend the get together. During last years event they were able to break their records from the previous years and raise close to $4300.00 for newf rescue, which was spread out to several rescue groups across the United States!!!!!
That is helping A LOT of newfs in need. They would appreciate anything you might be able to help out with or if you might have any suggestions for their event.
All donations will be tagged with your information or business card so that everyone would know where the item was donated from. I will also include website address‚ because most of the members do a lot of their shopping online. And your company will receive a direct link to your web site, along with pictures of the donated product on their auction website. Plus they will have a table set up for just advertising, brochure, flyers anything you want to advertise your company they will put it out for everyone to look at or take.
