More on the pitbull debate & breed specific legislation

I just can’t take it, I have to lie down bepaws BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) gives me a BIG headache, WOOF! More and more legislation. At least in Sugar Hill we heard back from a legislator who actually gets that BSL is not the solution to dog bites and mauling. Can you believe he actually understands that it is a human problem??? Will wonders never cease, WOOF!
