Modest sun exposure is a good thing
By Shadrach on Sep 4, 2008 in Natural Dog & Cat Health
Uh DUH. I know that. Funny thing is someone left a nasty comment here on Bark N Blog the last time I barked about sun exposure being a good thing. These industry harassers who come to bother me won’t make a bit of difference to me – go get your own blog to spout your propaganda, WOOF! Remember, I’m a guardian breed and in this case, I will be guarding the truth (…sometime in the near future I think I’ll just do some barking about the Person called Truth)!
These gooses are just wasting their time with me, WOOF! We dogs KNOW how good a modest amount of sun exposure is for the body and I don’t need no stinking sunscreen, okay? Don’t make me get my hackles up, grrrrr.
I want my sunshine and I will get it every single day that the sun is out. In fact, I got a good dose today. Now understand humans, I’m NOT barking about baking in it okay? Humans, for supposedly being the top of the food chain, sometimes you’re not so bright, WOOF!
The news:
Sun Exposure Saves Ten Times as Many Lives Via Vitamin D than Die From Skin Cancer
Lack of Sunlight Found to Greatly Increase Risk of Lung Cancer
Have a pawsitively tail waggin’, sunshining, naturally healthy day, WOOF!
