Golden Retriever Trixie and her human Dean Koontz

the_shadThis is an interesting article on the horror author, Dean Koontz and his Golden Retriever, Trixie. Trixie sounds like my kind of gal except sadly she is no longer on this earth. But what she did for Dean Koontz and his wife was nothing short of miraculous bepaws she even gave him one of his books – one of his bestsellers in fact, WOOF! I have to say I was not at all impressed with Trixie’s favorite treat since it isn’t carnivore specific but if her humans don’t know about those things I’m sure she just went with the next best thing being the opportunistic scavenger carnivore she was just like all canines.

My human is always saying how much I changed her life so I can only assume it is true. She says if it weren’t for me she doesn’t know what she’d be doing. She went full fledged into natural animal health all bepaws of MOI! So I am not surprised at how much Trixie changed Dean Koontz and his wife’s life…she even saved their house once just like I did my humans for almost the same exact thing…biscuits or pizza it’s still the same WOOF!

In addition to loving this story Trixie played a key role in Mom reading it bepaws while she LOVES us Mastiffs she also has a special fondness for both Great Danes AND Golden Retrievers since two of her former “heart” dogs were those breeds.

My human used to read all his books but since she is working hard to only read things that are uplifting spiritually, books on animals (for her Animal Talk Naturally show) or natural health textbooks, she stopped reading his books because of the horror factor. Nonetheless, he is still a very gifted writer according to her.

Have a pawsitively tail waggin’, NATURALLY healthy, Golden Day, WOOF!
