Joel Silverman Provides Holiday Safety Tips to Keep Pets Happy and Healthy

treechillin'My human and her colleague just did a whole radio show on this topic: Healthy & Safe Pets for the Holidays, Naturally! – Show #291. So I thought I’d share in a similar vein but written instead of audio. You see, in the hustle and bustle of the holiday seasons, humans often get very busy and sometimes forget the safety precautions for us pets. It’s MUCH better to be safe than sorry. You don’t want to spend your fun holiday time at the emergency vet clinic or even chance the possibility of losing your beloved pet during what is supposed to be a joyous time of year, so take heed humans.

Listen to the above show AND read Joel Silverman’s holiday safety tips to keep your pets happy and healthy, WOOF! And no, I did not get paid or compensated in any way to share this news, WOOF!

Here is the PDF to Joel’s tips:

Instead of the Biljac Treats that Joel recommends though humans, I’d encourage you to try instead these pawsome treats our friend Erika of Red Angel Raw makes – and your purchase helps my little Dogue De Bordeaux friend, Rosie! My human bought me some and they’re my favorite, WOOF! They’re not only all natural but they are grain and veggie-free – perfect for us carnivores! AND they are hormone and antibiotic-free from range fed, grass fed beef. And again I did not get compensated to share this -sheesh those government letters and their rules, WOOF! I just LOVE these treats!!! My human said she’d make sure she’s a lifelong customer of Red Angel Raw!

Have a listen to our friend, veterinary ethologist, Dr. Myrna Milani’s, very insightful look at getting pets for the holidays: Holiday Forks

Have a pawsitively tail waggin’, NATURALLY healthy, safe and healthy holiday season, WOOF!
Merry Christmas everyone!!
